Unique ability to identify logical solutions to challenging/complex problems; superb draftsmanship and an acute eye for detail, which makes analysis of contracts (and other documentation, policy, etc.) somewhat second nature for me. For example, prior to joining WellCare, I did not have professional experience working for a large public company, a Managed Care Organization, or a Compliance Department. Nevertheless, my varied experience and intangibles paved the way for an unsolicited promotion within 6 months to oversee WellCare’s most important government contract, the Corporate Integrity Agreement (CIA). My Career Portfolio provides additional highlights and experience.
